As a reminder, your respective garbage, Green, Recycling Collection for Single family residents will be shifted one day for this week.
- Monday Zone – Collected Tuesday January 4, 2022
- Tuesday Zone – Collected Wednesday January 5, 2022
- Wednesday Zone – Collected Thursday January 6, 2022
- Thursday Zone – Collected Friday January 7, 2022
It is predicted, through the weather networks, that a major snow fall will potentially occur at some point Wednesday night into Thursday morning in both the City of Richmond and the Township of Langley.
In the event of this weather conditions, that in the morning of your collection schedule to clear a path from your Garbage/Green Cart and Recycling Box/Bag set out location to the middle of the road so the crews have a path to maneuver these to the collection truck.
It is difficult to manually move the carts from areas where they have to go over mounds of snow/slush to get to the collection truck.
